LOCAL SHIPPING POLICY

At Bliss Clothing, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience for customers across Sri Lanka.

Delivery Coverage

We currently offer islandwide delivery within Sri Lanka through our trusted courier and delivery partners.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During promotional periods or high-demand seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Colombo & Suburbs: 1–3 working days
  • Other Areas in Sri Lanka: 2–5 working days

Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on weather conditions, courier operations, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order size and weight
  • Courier service availability

The final delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations within Sri Lanka.

Our customer support team may contact customers to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp, where applicable.

 

Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect contact details, unavailable recipients, or incorrect addresses, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at the time of placing your order.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and order details for assistance.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted according to our Return & Exchange Policy conditions.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
